  • Why do I have to pay for shipping?
    The cost of shipping covers both postage and packaging. Our parcels are heavy due to the glass materials we package our products in and they cost considerably more to package securely. Alternatives: - Shipping is FREE for orders above £50. - If you live close by, click and collect is FREE.
  • What is the difference between the Abba, Patty, Marl, KJ & TJ ranges?"
    'Patty' contains Rosemary oil which has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns, scars and bug bites. 'Marl' contains May Chang which contains mild astringent properties which can be helpful with acne and oily skin. May chang oil is also a very effective deodorant that helps to reduce excess perspiration, so added to a lotion it can be used to make an all-over body lotion. 'Abba' contains Tea Tree Oil which is a popular choice for treating acne because of its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It's thought to calm redness, swelling, and inflammation. It may even help to prevent and reduce acne scars, leaving you with smooth, clear skin. 'TJ' products contain Peppermint oil and Grapefruit oil. These products cleanse the skin and have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It has a cooling effect which soothes irritation and inflammation due to acne. The TJ products are great for your hair, body, face and scalp. It helps with dryness or itching (which is great for this time of year). It also helps with dandruff because it has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps strengthen hair roots which will help with hair loss. The TJ products are great to use for Acne, Colds, Depression, Fatigue, Headaches and so much more. 'KJ' products are contain rose geranium essential oil. These products have antioxidant and anti-ageing properties. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.
  • If I've had a patch test in the past at another salon, do I need to have one done again at Y.Wait?"
    Yes. We are legally required to do a patch test on any client we do a tint on.
  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?
    Yes, if you contact us via email we may be able to change your order as long as it has not been dispatched.
  • Do you ever offer discounts?
    Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email list to receive news on special offers.
  • What are the best products for hyperpigmentation?
    We would recommend a daily skincare routine of the following: - Honey Cleanser or Moroccan Black Soap - Facial Scrub - Orange Flower Water Toner (or toner pads) - Abba Moisturiser If you follow this routine daily (the Facial Scrub only weekly) you will begin to see this clear up over the next 6-8 weeks.   • What products are best for dry skin?
    We do have quite a few products that could be helpful to dry sensitive skin. The key to hydrated skin is exfoliation so we recommend the Facial Scrub and/or Body Scrub; https://www.ywaitbeauty.com/product-page/facial-scrub-large https://www.ywaitbeauty.com/product-page/body-scrub And of course, we recommend a moisturiser, with well exfoliated and hydrated skin, our multi-purpose moisturiser will keep your skin moisturised throughout the day.   • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?
    For customer service inquiries only, please e-mail ywaitbeauty@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches, around public holidays or on major sales days.
  • What is the return and shipping policy?
    We do not offer returns or exchanges as a policy. We also do not offer refunds, all purchases are final sale. Unless the product is damaged or defective, there is a no return or exchange policy. Customer Satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us with any issues.
  • How long will my products take to arrive?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for UK deliveries. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail.
  • Is click and collect still happening during covid-19?
    Yes we are still offering click and collect however there are only 2 collection slots available each week. Thursdays and Saturdays from 5pm -5.30pm
  • Do you offer beauty treatments?
    Unfortunately we do not offer beauty treatments at this moment.
  • What is the best product for acne or acne prone skin?
    For acne breakouts and acne prone skin we recommend the following: - Honey Cleanser - Facial Scrub (weekly use) - Witch Hazel Toner - Abba Moisturiser - Face Serum
