Orders are not processed for shipping over public and bank holidays.
On occasion Y.Wait Ltd. offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Y.Wait Ltd newsletter. We ship to most countries worldwide via Royal Mail for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
£5.50 flat fee for domestic, all countries within the UK (free shipping over £50)
£19.99 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over £70)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the UK is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UK.
Packages undeliverable by Royal Mail and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
